It’s a little confusing, especially for client’s who pay via a portal in their company’s ERP system.

It would be super helpful if we could search by the client's PO in V2 to see what/if any job(s) it is associated with. WE currently have to go into V1 and search under the "Customer Order Number" field to find the applicable job(s).

When viewing a client profile, it would be helpful to have the AR tracking available directly within its own tab. Currently, needing to navigate to the AR log (a new feature in V2) or return to V1 to view this information is not very efficient.

From TSC Inc. In addition to the AP Contact, you need to show the Billing Contact on the Tracker screen, since this generally ties back to the person invoices are sent to and who we most likely address follow up inquiries to. Having both names would be great.

Ability to add a client PO on the consolidated invoice, which we would use most of the time. Client would like one invoice for a blanket PO that covers multiple orders.

The current process only gives you the item name but many of our clients will say “we will go with #3”

When in the job, and clicking on 'email' to send the sales order, it should be identified as sales order/art proof - if performing two functions. If sending ONLY a sales order, the canned message (if not editable by distributor) should refer to reviewing (or approving) the sales order. If sending just artwork, then the verbiage should indicate the artwork or art proof. Right now it indicates both, whether you share one or the other.
