Ability to have more than 10 additional addresses on the contact profile.

I want to be able to set a follow up for my assistants and vice versa, and for anyone with access to the contact page so that I don't have to impersonate.

The current process only gives you the item name but many of our clients will say “we will go with #3”

Being able to add tags to jobs like you would clients. Would help with reporting.

Have the ability to add your own image/mock up to a proposal image without having to create a whole custom product.

Can you add a 'select all' box for exporting the split shipment file? We have to select individual boxes for the categories we want to export, which is most of them.

Ability to duplicate SOs that are split shipments

It would be great if there was a designated "ready for pickup" email versus the shipping notification that shows our address.

Additional columns in the Jobs in WIP report that shows SO's open vs SO's already invoiced/paid - this would help to better predict invoiced sales
