Online Approval - Ability to customize the payment disclaimer when sending SO/Artwork roof

Currently, when sending Sales Orders or Artwork Proofs using the Online Approval feature, a system‑generated payment disclaimer is automatically included in the email and approval experience. This disclaimer references online payment and guest payment links, even in scenarios where a payment link is not intended to be provided, not available at that stage, or when partners prefer not to collect payment during approval.
Providing the ability to customize, hide, or conditionally display the payment disclaimer would allow partners to better align approval messaging with their workflows, reduce client confusion, and present a more consistent and professional communication experience during the approval process.
