If a regular comment ( not a decoration comment ) is unhidden in a quote, when that quote is converted it should remain unhidden.

Yes- I agree. We use "Comments" to show that we are requesting a Proof. It would be preferred that if it's the in Quote as Unhidden that it convert to the Job that way
