The challenge we’re experiencing is that our Graphics Team is currently unable to upload the artwork proof to the Job Attachments in V2 directly from V1. This creates an additional step for the Graphics Artist who primarily works in V1, or for the Sales Rep who would need to move the Artwork Proof from V1 to V2 in order for the new feature to function as intended.
Ideally, it would be helpful if the Graphic Artist could attach files to the Job Attachments in V2 directly from V1. At the moment, “Graphic Attachments” are stored in V1, while Job Attachments are located in V2. For the process to work correctly, the Graphic Artist would need to log into V2 to upload the file, or the Sales Rep would need to download the proof from V1 and then re-upload it into V2.
