I requested this years ago but wanted to mention it again. CSRs are constantly typing the same info. in job trackers. As a workaround I created some keyboard shortcuts with pre-defined text so I can save time and speed up the process. But it would be nice if we had a drop down of options to select so all CSRs would be uniform in the language used with the job tracker. For Example:

Standard CSR Job Tracker Notes:

-Confirm PO received.

-Need Order Confirmation.

-Need proof.

-Proof sent to client. Need proof approval.

-Proof approved. Need ship date.

-Ship Date:

-Need tracking.

-Need shipping/freight amount.

-Pre-payment request sent to Accounting...confirm payment was sent out.
