Would like option to send multiple invoices together in a single email. There are many times a client asks to have all open invoices sent. Would save time to be able to select the invoices I want to send and push them to client together vs. unique email for each one.

Rick - You can send open invoices for a client through the AR Tracker. I do this when I know a customer has multiple invoices and then I note the total in the subject line so they (and I know).

Sara Hurtgen: Are you referring to the statement or can you send actual invoices?

Rick Lederman: Hi Rick! The actual invoices. I just click the Account balance hyper link and in the next screen select the invoices you want to email. I do a trick and add (# of invoices) to the subject line so they know how many attachments. I have attached print screens for you to see what I am talking about.
