It would be nice if the SRFs showed up under the client - that a sample was ordered for them. Since we work in a team environment with Sales Assistants it would be nice to be able to see a sample was sent to a client. Right now- we have to search all samples under a Sales Rep and click into each one to see who it shipped to.

Dropping a note for the design team: When this is worked on, please include the ability to mark as either a BLANK/Random sample OR a it's Spec Sample. Additionally if its marked as a spec sample-, allow the option to choose whether to convert from prospect to client on the account.
There are times when we need to submit a spec sample or graphics request to create a pre-sale spec sample for qualified prospects. However, this conversion turns the prospect into a client even when no sale has occurred, leading to inaccurate reporting in other areas. CC Jessica Lavoy

FYI There are 2 Top requests in the filter view that specifically mention SRF process updates. Hopefully this is looked at for summer batch release.
