Thank you for your feedback! Exporting a list from the Contact List Builder has the Contact Birthday.
You can create a list with all contacts and export this list to have the birthdates.

This would be awesome! There are lots of birthday program options for customers in our industry! It would be nice to be able to export names/birthdates to send to the factory and have them send cookies etc. on the recipients' birthday week, for instance.
