Reference SO Number in Client Approval Notification

When a client approves a specific sales order on a job that has multiple sales orders nested within it, there is currently no identifier in the notification sent to the sales rep. This makes it difficult to determine which specific order has been approved.
Adding the -# to reference the SO would be helpful in identifying which SO has been approved.
