Unfortunately, the report currently displays the client contact rather than the company name. Having the ability to display the company name directly in the Profit Analysis Report would provide greater value when evaluating account profitability. This would allow users to assess profitability at the account/company level, identify opportunities to increase pricing, improve account performance, or determine when a customer may no longer be profitable. The company name should be available as a reporting option independently of Sales Rep or Client Group, while still allowing users to analyze the same data by Sales Rep or Client Group when needed. This flexibility would provide a more complete view of profitability and support better business decisions.
