Partner is wanting the message settings for the pop-up "Did you know? If you make the browser window bigger, your Sales Order line items, and information portals will set next to each other and create a more efficient workspace Do not show this message again" checkbox to be saved at the user profile level. This would keep the pop-up from showing anytime the user has logged out or is working in a new window.
