Enhance Client Search restults to includ enabled status

Currently, search results do not distinguish between enabled and disabled clients. Adding a clear status indicator (e.g., a "Disabled" note or grayed-out styling) would provide immediate context. This is especially critical for users who lack the permissions to click into a profile but still need to verify a client's current status.
