This needs to be more streamlined. If a default shipping account has been set, why would a CSR then need to select a drop-down to find "My Saved Account?" It should simply populate automatically.
With that being said, and considering the new feature of being able to add client shipping accounts, we should now have the option of overriding the default for pre-filling the ship account info by selecting a client shipping account and assigning it as the default at the account level. This way, the CSR doesn't even have to think about it because if a client default account has been assigned, it will pre-fill that info instead of the distributor default account.

This really needs to at least be an option to set. With the system switch it is too easy to send the PO with no shipping options selected since it was something that I had set up to be the same every time previously. I had supplier reminders for those I needed to remove my shipping number for otherwise I never thought about it since we always ship on our 1 account.
