Text formatting in communication log notes.

We Use AI to summarize our teams and zoom meeting notes but when we try to copy and paste, it removes all formatting so it is illegible. I think the notes in the communication log should be able to take basic document formatting so we don't waste time manually writing notes or reformatting what we already did.

instead of everything getting smushed together in single flow line, if we copy and past something in the tracker that is on multiple lines it stays that way instead of automatically formatting into a line. This would make things like multiple backorders in 1 tracker easier to read

Edit text to bold or underline or italicize text to make more important parts of a tracker or SO or PO stand out. Especially helpful on SO's when we have to separate items by individual people or locations on 1 or more SO's

This would be awesome! At a minimum, it would be nice to be able to use multiple colors within the same text box to separate customer responses from your own.
