The partner would like the ability to customize the pre-written message sent to customers with the Paya payment link. Currently, the message may give customers the impression that checks are not accepted and that credit card payments are preferred.

Allowing partners to edit the default message would help them clearly communicate their preferred payment options to customers.

Current Workaround: Partners can edit the default email text under Syncore Settings > Email Settings to better communicate their accepted payment methods.
