The ability to create and manage custom products is now actively being worked on by the Syncore Team.
And the ability to add custom products to collections is being reviewed.
We'll share updates here as they become available.

Not all "custom products" are really custom products, some of them are just items from our normal vendors that aren't listed in Syncore. It makes it hard to track them down when the item number says "N/A" and can't be saved.

Necessary time saving and easy change. We are wasting time typing in the same information for regularly ordered custom products and uploading images for them.

We need to be able to add custom products to collections, not just items you can already find when searching. Also, many new products aren't available in proposals, so there is no way to add new products to a proposal for a client unless we create a custom product for each one on every single proposal we create.
