Currently, custom images are only visible on the online version of proposals. We would like the ability to display the custom images in the PDF export as well. This will ensure our client is receiving consistent information regardless of how they choose to view the document.

Thanks for your feedback! Custom images are supported in the Proposal PDF version of Syncore. Make sure to mark the image as your Primary Image for it to show on the PDF.
