I see under FAQ - Can the cart/shopping/ordering function be turned off in my TSC site?
We would really like to disable ours as it functions poorly, does not give multiple imprint location and color options... We feel the "new buyer" may shop our site against competitor sites and move on due to high posted costs and poor functionality. We get many new clients setting up an account to process costs to check out but the nothing goes ahead leading us to believe they ordered somewhere else.

We find that web orders do not function well. Pricing is catalogue pricing, decoration pricing is based on supplier costs but we decorate in house, system is incapable of charging more than 1 set up charge even if the art is multiple colors, web orders look like V1 quotes, web orders skip the opportunity and quote stage.... Concerned we may be losing opportunities due to the functionality.
