Artwork Proof & Sales Order Approval Option

There should be an option to send Sales Order, Artwork and/or Artwork Proof to the client. Each logged accordingly in the tracker. Client can then easily click on 'Approved' or 'Requires Changes' with notes that automatically populate the tracker with a notification sent out to the person who submitted the art proof.

It would be ideal to have a "BUTTON" or link on the sales order signature area so client can approve ELECTRONICALLY. Commonsku had that and it ensured a time stamp of the approval rather than trusting old fashioned email responses like "approved".

We would love it if the sales order included an approval link where the client could sign off on the sales order and proof - then the system move it to submitted :) Also, email the sales rep that the order was approved and submitted.

Clients should be able to approve sales orders by clicking approve button, then distributor is notified to submit the sales order. Same goes for eproofs. They should be able to approve the eproof or make changes with a link in the eproof.

An email confirmation has been our primary method of confirmation. However, we had a recent order that is being disputed that we believed was confirmed via email. The ability to add that signature electronically would help protect your partners from having a similar issue.
I’m sure many of your partners are happy to accept an email, because a better, more secure option has not yet been provided to them. I don’t think it would be a hard fix to make, to make that an open field. And the ability to add their signature, save, and send back with from their phone or laptop, would improve the workflow tremendously. We could then upload the signed SO right into the job attachments to keep on file and make note on the tracker. It would close a big loop for your partners. I’m sure you and your team understand that with more people working remote and traveling, they do not have a printer/scanner readily available on the road.
I’m surprised this hasn’t come up before, as printing, signing, and scanning is becoming an antiquated process.
