This is not happening as it is supposed to. We are only able to see Client alerts if we go in and choose it on the Alerts tab, and even then, the tab will say 0 alerts unless you go in and do this step. They ALL need to pop up when the job opens so we know exactly what we're dealing with.

Thank you for your feedback! This is being worked on by the Syncore team to show and hide alerts on the Job page and better identify between Client Alerts and Job Alerts. We will update here once this is available.

On the client alert there may be important information that should always be added to the job, ex. MUST ship on client's account UPS 123456, or Always ship exact quantities. Transferring the alert over to the job saves additional keying of information and reduces the risk of important information being missed on the job.
