As per partner: I copied all the data into excel and sorted alphabetically for each of my account managers. Asked them to disqualify prospects that are not valid. Honestly, I’m not sure why any reports/data can’t be dumped into Excel. I am constantly putting data in excel to manage and guide my account managers. I find I get better response when I send them small tasks to manage their portfolios
